The best Cupping therapy in Zirakpur

Cupping includes placing cups (made of glass, plastic, bamboo, or ceramic) on the skin to induce suction, according to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH).

Cups can be placed on the back, shoulders, stomach, legs, or any other muscle part where they are easily attached.

As the skin is sucked into the cups, this suction creates a negative pressure environment, allowing for myofascial decompression,  Ebinger explained.

Cupping uses negative pressure to elevate muscle fibers and flow blood to the area, whereas massage therapy uses direct pressure to reduce tension.

There are two kinds of cupping methods: wet and dry. And two cupping techniques: static and dynamic.
